This high-quality Morningstar TriStar MPPT 30A solar charge controller is suitable for 12V, 24V, 36V, or 48V battery banks. It uses TrakStar Technology™, which provides the very best automatic power point tracking by sweeping the I-V curve faster than any other MPPT controller on the market, maximizing the energy harvest of the solar PV array. Setting an industry record of 99% peak efficiency and subsequently less power loss through the solar power system, this MPPT controller guarantees an excellent return on investment.

The controller is designed to protect batteries whilst charging them, providing automatic cut-off to prevent over-charging and deep discharge. It comes with a full range of protection functions: overload, short circuit, high voltage, reverse polarity, high temperature, lightning and transient surges, reverse current at night.
